How our pricing works

Every home is different, and so is every inspection. Our pricing is based on square footage and the age of the home, with add-on options available to give you an even more complete picture. You have the option to pay at closing through FlexFund, powered by Guardian Financial.

Age of Home Fee: Homes more than 10 years old often require additional inspection time due to older materials, repairs, and updates. To account for that, we charge $2 for each year of the home’s age beyond 10 years.

Example: A 24-year-old home would have a $28 additional fee.
